Return Policy
Overbrook Fountains guarantees all products to be free from defects. All products are made from natural materials. We do guarantee that you will enjoy the quality, appearance, and attention to detail of your water fountain. We only sell hand crafted high quality fountains that are truly one of a kind made by myself. Because each fountain must be experienced in person we do honor a 5 day return policy (from the time you receive shipment - US and Canada only). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a fountain or any other product you can return any product within this period you will receive the full purchase price minus shipping costs. Please contact us 5 days from you receiving shipment to arrange for shipment for return authorization. The return shipping must be paid by the consumer and insured for the full purchase price. Important: Any return must be shipped back in its original packaging/crate. Therefore, please retain all original packaging materials, crates, boxes. Once return is deemed in saleable condition a credit will be issued for the fountain minus any shipping charges.
Fountains pictured in the fountain galleries are the actual fountain you will receive - there is only one like it and will be shipped UPS usually the next day.

Fountains are usually shipped next business day to US via of UPS, Ground (4-7 days) . Cost based on distance from Philadelphia PA 19151. For Other locations or bulk shipments please send request via Email or call 610 - 745-5636. Fountain Accessories are sent Postal priority.
Foreign Shipments - Any additional charges such as customs clearance, brokerage charges, duties and taxes will be paid for by the importer. (Purchaser)

    E-mail or call me with your order - Please provide the following:

    • Identify by product by number and price

    • Type of credit card (Visa/Mastercard and Discover.)

    • The 3 digit code on the back of the card in the signature strip (code will be to the right)

    • Credit card number and expiration date.

    • Your name as it appears on your credit card.

    • Your address that the card is billed to.

    • The shipping address if different.

    International Shipments
    Please order by phone or e-mail. The buttons are for USA orders. We are more then happy to ship anywhere outside of the Continental United States. However we can not be held responsible for the restrictions in any country. This means that we will do our best to see to it that you receive your order, but if your country's customs does not let your order through and or there is duty owed on it that is not our responsibility. We can only guarantee that the shipment was sent from our end. We can not guarantee it will clear customs nor will we pay any duty owed on it.
    Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery
    There is also additional shipping and handling charges on all International order.

How to Send Fountain Images to a Friend via E-mail
MAC USERS:
1) Click on any photo image and drag it to your desktop. It will show up as an icon - a letter. jpeg or gif. Or drop it directly into a the e-mail page.
2) Open a new e-mail.
3) Drag the icon onto the page -it will automatically make an attachment.
4) You can send a few - but remember the recipient has to be able to receive HTML images. The recipient has to have an updated web browser. The more you send the slower it opens at the receiving end.

WINDOWS USERS:
1) Right click on any photo image and click "Save Picture As." Save the image on your desktop.
2) Open a new e-mail
3) Send the image as an attachment with your e-mail
